Mount Everest

I’m a Deaf mountaineer and a proud British Sign Language (BSL) user. My goal is to conquer Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak at 8848m, in 2026 as part of my Seven Summits challenge.
As a Deaf mountaineer, I have encountered obstacles throughout my life, but these challenges have only intensified my resolve. Climbing Everest transcends merely conquering the peak; it embodies the spirit of overcoming barriers, demonstrating that with unwavering perseverance, dreams can indeed be realised.
The Seven Summits are the highest peaks on every continent. For a Deaf mountaineer, climbing these mountains represents one of the most significant challenges in mountaineering. Overcoming barriers in climbing, he inspires many with his adventures.
